Orientation Application, 60 présentations

It enables to manage meetings or presentations of the parents activities. 20 parents make 3 presentations of their work to 3 groups of 10 students, whereas every student choose 3 activities. This represents 60 presentations for 150 students.

The groups are divided between those in excess to those outnumbered. A first draw excludes some applicants in excess group nimbers and a second draw affects them to an outnumbered work presentation. The results are printed and displayed so that the students can exchange works presentations. Booking rooms and groups schedulesare managed and a monthly and daily timetable gérées enables a better following.
